We strive for same-day service on most prescriptions. Submit your prescription electronically or drop it off by 5 PM.
Electronic prescriptions are processed fastest. You receive a text message notification when your medication is ready for pickup. Expect a turnaround time of under two hours for most common prescriptions.
Paper prescriptions take slightly longer. While we aim for same-day fulfillment, allow up to four hours for processing, especially during peak periods. We’ll notify you via phone when ready.
For Specialty medications or those requiring prior authorization, processing may take longer. We’ll contact you with an estimated timeframe after receiving your prescription. Expect potential delays of one to three business days. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.
